Site Manager

Description:

East Missouri Action Agency has an opening for a Site Manager at the Madison County Head Start Center. This position oversees the center for all day-to-day operations; works with staff to ensure that they keep the children safe, promotes the children's cognitive, emotional, social & physical development; encourages & stimulates parent participation and assures that center staff work together.

This position works 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday). Starting pay is $18.45/hour with an excellent benefit package that includes the following:

Qualifications:

Applicants must be 18 or older and possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Candidates must have experience in pre-school or Early Childhood education. A Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a reliable automobile is required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, work in a moderate to loud environment, possess good written and oral communication skills and pass an annual physical and TB test. Attendance for certain training is required by the Federal and State Government and local Head Start policies.
