Woman Meets Dog Wearing The Exact Same Sweater As Her

It’s a fashion faux pas to be seen wearing the same outfit as someone else, but what about a dog? Artist Carmen MacLeod recently posted on her TikTok about meeting a dog dressed exactly like her. Someone in the comments asked if MacLeod and the dog were besties now, and she replied, “Yes. The owner and I are even getting coffee together.”

How To Calm Anxiety During Turbulence, According To Flight Attendants

Turbulence is a very common part of air travel, but that doesn’t mean it’s enjoyable. Research has shown turbulence is one of the biggest causes of flying anxiety, but if you get anxious when you’re on a plane that hits a patch of rough air there are some ways to avoid your brain jumping to the worst-case-scenario.

Flight attendants say: The airplane is designed to fly through turbulence. Nothing is wrong with the aircraft. Pilots are highly trained professionals and know how to expertly handle turbulence. Learning about the science of turbulence is the best way to tackle your fears around it.

Also: Slow, mindful breathing while in the air to combat anxiety, or try distracting yourself with books, music, or talking to another passenger, or speaking with a flight attendant.

Other tips: if you’re really afraid of getting air sick, ask for an ice pack and put it on the back of your neck to fight feelings of nausea, pay attention to the announcements as the captain can be reassuring, ask for a seat change if you’re not comfortable or feel unsafe where you are, make sure you're hydrated before your flight, and remember that professionals are in control. (HuffPo

Popeye's New Live Chicken

A Popeye's restaurant in Louisiana has an ironic new employee outside promoting their chicken sandwiches -- a live chicken. Employees at the location in Slidell, Louisiana say they rescued the rooster following Hurricane Ida in early September and built it a coop outside in the parking lot, where it has lived ever since. The Popeye's staff helps to take care of him everyday and they've named him Rocco. The restaurant's general manager Muhassin Shepherd says Rocco has been a huge draw and believes he's been very good for business. (Food and Wine)
