    ,,,3/16/19...The Farmington Educational Foundation presents the 2nd Annual Trivia Contest Saturday, March 16th. The event will be held at the Black Knight Fieldhouse Lobby. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. and the games begin at 6:30. Categories include movies, sports, trvivial trivia, and more. They'll have a silent auction and popcorn. Tables of up to 8 players enter for $80, tables of up to 8 students entor for $50. All funds raised will be used byu the Foundation for scholarships, special projects, and more.

    ...3/16/19...The Shared Blessings Transitional Ministry Group presents the Shamrock Shuffle 5K Run and Walk Saturday, March 16th at the Shared Blessings site at 518 Grove Street in Bonne Terre. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 o'clock. It's $25 poer entry and all proceed's benefit Shared Blessings.

    ...3/23/19...The MAC Flix Club presents the 7th annual MACFlix Classic Film Series now through Saturday, May 11th. The theme this year is music. All movies are free, they begin at 7 P.M., and they're shown on the big screen with hi fidelity sound free of charge. The movies are screened at the Mineral Area College Fine Arts Theater on park Hills campus. The next film to be shown is Amadeus, Saturday, March 26th . The April 27th film is Standing in the Shadoews of Motown, the film for May 4th is Coal Miner's Daughter, and the final movie, May 11th, is This is Spinal Tap.
