(Park HIlls - Leadington, MO.) Tonight is the evening of the Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade in Park Hills. The parade is sponsored by Hefner Furniture and it's presented through the park Hills Leadington Chamber of commerce. The Executive Director of the chamber, Tammi Coleman, says they have three cash prizes for the best parade entries.
According to Coleman the parade will kick off with a welcome and XChristmas tree lighting from 6 to 6:30 in the Leadington Plaza. From 6:30 to 7 is the parade line up and the Holiday Booths will open at the Sports Complex. From 7 to 7:45 the parade takes place. It begins at Elizabeth Hall in Leadington and ends at the sports complex in Park Hills. Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will welcome everyone, another Christmas tree will be lit, and there will be entertainment provided by On Stage Performing Arts and the Central High School Concert Choir.KFMO B104 will be broadcasting from this evening's Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade in Park Hills.
