(Jefferson City, MO.) Starting today, Missouri is now back to mostly normal business as usual. As of midnight last night Missouri went to Phase 2 across the state meaning there are no longer any state wide restrictions in place regarding the virus. Governor Mike Parson says testing for the virus is now the key.
Parson says state officials will watch for any significant climb in new cases. So far there has not been an alarming increase in cases locally.
