(Ste. Genevieve County, MO.) A Ste. Genevieve man, 56 year old David V. Wibbenmeyer, is recovering from serious injuries he received in a motorcycle wreck that happened Sunday afternoon in Ste. Genevieve County. According to Highway Patrol records Wibbenmeyer was riding North on Route C, south of Lawrenceton Cutoff Road, when he lost control of the bike and it ran off the right side of the road and rolled over onto its left side. Wibbenmeyer was thrown from the motorcycle. He was flown to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was wearing his helmet when the accident took place.
