Municipal Races in SFCO April Elections

(St. Francois County, MO) There are several contested municipal races in St. Francois County during the April 6th elections. In the city of Bonne Terre the Ward 1 race for the city council features Bruce L. Pratte and Harold Morgan Jr. while in Ward III Erik Schonhardt and Donnie Hawkins face off. In Desloge there are three people running for Mayor including Renee Sadler, Dave Shaw, and Tina Kater. Jerry Hulsey goes up against Terry Cole for Alderman of Ward III. The City of Farmington has a mayor's race with incumbent Larry Forsythe as challenger Charles Lewis asks for the vote. The mayor's seat in Leadwood is also a contested election. Ed Austin and Dennis M. Parks are on the ballot as John Vickers and Cindy Davis are vying for the Ward II Leadwood seat. Park HIlls citizens have four candidates to choose from for mayor. They are  David Easter, Larry LaChance, Gene Fritsche, and John Clark. A meet the candidates night will be held at the Central High School Auditorium at 6 o'clock, the evening of April 1st. In Ward IJody Adams faces Alan Coleman, in Ward II Brian Whitfield is in the race against John H. Reeves, and in Ward III Cindi Penberthy is running against Theresa Kelly Naucke.
