(High Ridge, MO) Jefferson County Sheriff, Dave Marshak, announces murder charges are being leveled against 44 year old Jason Isbell of Hillsboro after the June 2019 death of 41 year old Samuel Israelsen of St. Louis. A press release from the Jefferson County Sheriff's office indicates Israelsen’s body was located Tuesday night by a property owner near High Ridge. The body was wrapped in carpet and intentionally hidden. Through investigation, Detectives identified Isbell as the suspect in the murder. Three other suspects, whose names are being withheld pending charges, were identified as witnesses or accomplices to the crime. All four are in custody. Jason Isbell is being held at the Jefferson County jail without bond. He's charged with murder in the first degree and armed criminal action.
