(St. Francois County, MO.) You may notice school buses attempting to block both lanes of traffic when picking up or dropping off kids lately. Missouri State Highway Patrol Corporal Juston Wheetley says this is something some districts are doing to help keep kids safe.
Wheetley says the Patrol doesn't have a recommendation for how to pick up kids or drop them off when it comes to buses blocking more than one lane of traffic.
