(Farmington, MO) One person is dead and another injured after a fatal traffic accident on HIghway 67 this morning at Farmington. Preliminary reports from Troopers with the Highway Patrol indicate one of vehicles involved was traveling the wrong way on Highway 67 at Maple Street when it struck another vehicle head on killing one person.
