(Fredericktown, MO.) No injuries are being reported after a tanker truck hauling 8,500 gallons of gas overturned on Highway 72 west of Fredericktown Wednesday afternoon just before 1:30. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says gas leaked into a creek and a HAZMAT unit from Farmington was called in, along with the Department of Natural Resources. Both lanes around five miles west of Fredericktown were blocked for hours Wednesday evening and authorities were there well into the night. Officials with the Missouri Department of Transportation set up a detour on Route K.
