(St. Francois County, MO.) Authorities in the area are cleaning up and restoring power after this morning's thunderstorm that road through the area just before 5 o'clock. Scanner reports told of trees down and blocking roadways around Bonne Terre, Desloge, and Park Hills. In Bonne Terre several limbs were reported down, there was complete road blockage for a time at Chestnut and State Street in Desloge. iIn Park Hills limbs were down on St. Joe Drive and power lines were reported down at 900 West Main. There was also a large object blocking the road at 1200 East main. A Representative of Ameren , Brad Robinson, says trees are the problem now.
Close to 4 thousand customers were without power and there have been no injuries reported after the storm.
