(Washington County, MO.) A man from Irondale, 22 year old Toby W. Rodgers, is suffering moderate injuries after being involved in a one vehicle accident Sunday afternoon about 12:50 in Washington County. According to Highway Patrol reports Rodgers was driving west on Giledea Road, west of Highway 21, when he lost control of his S.U.V. and it ran off the south edge of the road, smashed into a tree, and rolled over. Rodgers, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, was taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital.
