(St. Francois County, MO) Associate St. Francois County Commissioner, Gay Wilkinson, is reflecting on his time in position. Wilkinson will be replaced at the end of the year by incoming Commissioner elect, Kary Buckley. Wilkinson says it was difficult to understand the role of commissioner until he had performed the duties of the office.
Wilkinson served two four year terms as Associate Commissioner District 1 in St. Francois County.
