On Sunday, the Pittsburgh Steelers won a big football game, which got the team close to getting into the playoffs. Just one more thing had to happen for the Steelers to actually get into the playoffs.
All the way across the country, in Las Vegas on Sunday night, the Las Vegas Raiders had to win their game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Sure enough. The Raiders won, thanks to a last-minute field goal from Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson.
Steelers fans were so thrilled that Daniel helped their team with his kick that they flooded charities that Daniel supports with donations.
Daniel thanked fans of the Steelers for their support with a message on Twitter.
And, the season rolls on for both the Steelers and the Raiders -- as both teams get to keep playing for a championship this weekend.
