Draw Your Mom! Be creative and show us what makes her special!

Print out the form below, and draw a picture of your mom (or someone special like a grandma, stepmom, aunt, or other mother figure).

Have fun and be creative!

You can draw:

• What she looks like
• Her favorite things
• Something you love to do together

Don’t forget, you can use crayons, markers, or colored pencils on your drawing.

On page 2, add your first name and age and ask a parent or guardian to include their contact info.

Tell us why your mom is awesome! (You can write a short sentence or have someone help you.)

Draw Your Mom Contest – Official Rules

Eligibility

• Open to children ages 12 and under
• Entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian

How to Enter

• Draw a picture of your mom or a special mother figure
• Include:
  • Child’s first name and age
  • Parent/guardian contact information
• Submit by:
  • Dropping off at 804 N. St. Joe Dr., Park Hills, MO

Entry Guidelines

• One entry per child
• Drawings must be original
• Use of crayons, markers, or colored pencils encouraged
• Entries must be appropriate for all audiences

T-Shirts

• Each child will receive a B104 kids t-shirt while supplies last
• Shirts must be picked up at the station
• Availability is not guaranteed and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis

Permissions & Use

• By entering, parent/guardian grants permission for B104 / Odle Media Group to:
  • Share drawings on social media, website, and on-air
• No last names or private information will be shared publicly
• Parent/guardian approval is required for entry and participation

• No purchase necessary to enter or win
